Endless Summer is a superb 3 bedroom property in
Croyde village, ideally situated within minutes
of both the beach and the centre of Croyde.
The house takes full advantage of the location,
views and local amenities while still providing
all the peace and quiet you need to really unwind.
Newly refurbished, the living accommodation is modern
and well equipped; with room to relax in an inspiring
environment, you are sure to have a wonderful holiday.

smokers or pets.
Electricity is by
£1 coin meter.
Linen is supplied
and so the beds will be freshly made
up for your arrival. Please bring your
own towels and beach towels.
There is a small
shower room with a free-standing shower which has a ceiling height of 1.78 metres (just under 6 foot) when you stand in the shower. We do not have a bath but do have
a plastic baby bath for infants which
is stored under the bed in Bedroom 3. |

| We have a Housekeeper who lives
nearby and who is responsible for the
house in our absence. Her duties include:
- Checking and cleaning the house
before your arrival.
- Sorting out any minor problems with
the facilities if they arise during
your stay.

Inside
Entrance lobby with hanging area for coats and
shoes, a unit with information on how things work
in the property, who to contact with queries and
information about the area. Doors lead to:
- Shower room
with electric shower and basin. An electric water
heater provides hot running water to the basin,
with a mirror and shelves for toiletries. There
is no bath in the bungalow but there is a baby
bath for infants which is stored under the bed
in Bedroom 3.
- Separate WC.
- Lounge,
fitted with two sofas (one is a sofabed), and
footstool. For the comfort of our guests we have
installed a 21” TV, DVD and HIFI with CD
player and Sony Playstation 1 (please bring your
own games). There is a low level unit containing
board games and a fireplace with an electric fire
for use as required. This is a light and airy
room with views to both the front and rear gardens.
Doors off the lounge lead to:
Outside
Sliding patio doors from the dining area lead to
a sun deck with table, chairs and parasol, with
views across to the dunes and a glimpse of the sea.
Our deck is south west facing and a real suntrap
and is perfect for sunsets. Fully landscaped with
a marine theme, the deck has its own lighting and
we have fitted a very effective infra-red heat lamp
above the deck for your further comfort in the evenings.
For your convenience we have also fitted a refreshing
outside cold water shower (fixed to the hose pipe),
ideal for washing off the saltwater and wetsuits
after a day at the beach, or just cooling off! A
rotary washing line is situated in the back garden
for hanging wetsuits, towels and swimwear.
Endless Summer’s gardens are laid to lawn,
circle the property and are private and fully enclosed
with fencing/hedge, making them private and ideal
for children. Two sun loungers and a shaded bench
are situated in the rear garden. A private gate
leads from the rear of the garden onto a wide level
footpath down to the beach; just a few minutes level
walk away. A gardener visits regularly to trim the
lawns and a timed irrigation system waters the deck’s
hanging baskets, borders and flowerbeds for a short
time each evening.
The driveway has a five-bar gated entrance and
has sufficient parking for four cars (two abreast)
and with such close access to the beach and village
centre you should not need to park elsewhere.
